Lionheart
The Lionheart FX Automated Microscope can be used for fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast microscopy applications. Slides, multiwell plates, and Petri/cell culture dishes can be imaged. It is also equipped with an environmental control cover that provides incubation to 40°C, effective containment for CO
2/O2 control, and a humidity chamber for long-term live cell imaging applications. For ease of use, the microscope also has a joystick controller for precise stage control and focusing as well as a laser autofocus cube. The Lionheart Workstation is installed with Gen5 Image Prime for image capture, processing, and analysis.
The Lionheart is equipped with the following objectives and Filter/LED cubes:
Objectives:
4X Olympus Plan Fluorite Phase
20X Olympus Plan Fluorite Phase
